Thomas has allowed me to post a no bake dessert since many of you know he is not a fan of baking. This no bake dessert is very simple and a great thing to bring for a dinner party when you are assigned dessert, but short on time.

Let’s Bake (or not since this is a no bake dessert)!

No Make Dessert

20 Oreo cookies, crushed

8oz cream cheese

2 cups confectioners’ sugar

3/4 cup peanut butter

12oz container whipped cream

Put the oreos in a big ziploc bag and crush them using whatever handy. This is a great way to get out your frustrations of the day. Press most, but not all, of the crushed cookies into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.

In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar.

Stir in peanut butter until well blended.

Fold in the whip cream.

Spread over crushed cookie base and sprinkle remaining cookie chunks on top.

Freeze for 2 hours. When ready to serve let the dessert thaw for 10 minutes.

There you have it, a tasty dessert that is super easy to make. The last time I made this dessert, I had multiple people ask me for the recipe for the great ‘peanut butter pie’.

Happy Cooking!
