Jen is feeling a lot better now so I decided to make a dish that I knew would make her feel 100%. This is a great dish for a dinner party, or even for a romantic night where you want to impress. Enjoy!

Jen is feeling better today so I am am going to make a dish that some think is intimidating, but with my process, it is much easier than you think. If you like lobster and steak you will want to check this out as I make it with a twist.
