Mustard Horseradish Sauce for Rib Roast
Posted 12.17.2009 by Thomas in Recipes,
Jen and I attended a holiday cooking party with some friends this past Sunday, and I was responsible for the rib roast. Since it is the holidays, I am sure several of you out there might make a rib roast and I thought I would post the sauce I made to go with the roast. Now, I don’t have pictures, but this is very simple and adds a great flavor as a sauce to serve with the main course.
Mustard Horseradish Sauce
1 1/2 cup good mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustards, horseradish, sour cream, and salt in a small bowl. Let rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Enjoy!
