How To Make A Perfectly Grilled Steak

Have you ever wondered how to make a perfectly grilled steak? Or have you bought a few filet mignons and grilled them but wasted your money? If so, this post is for you grilled steak lovers!
Let’s Grill!
Perfectly Grilled Steak
2 thick cut filet mignon (about 10oz each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
Preheat the grill on high. Let the steaks rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Coat the steaks with olive oil and season liberally with salt and pepper.
Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 5 – 6 minutes per side for medium-rare (if you like medium cook for 8 minutes per side).
Transfer the steaks to a cutting or serving platter and let rest for 5 minutes.
