Dinner Tonight: Pork Tenderloin
Posted 04.07.2009 by Thomas in Dinner Time,
I called Jen this morning and asked her what she wanted for dinner tonight, which I almost always do or at least run my idea by her (the last thing you want is to slave over dinner and it is something she doesn’t like). She told me she wanted pork tenderloin. So, ask and she shall receive–pork tenderloin it is.
Pork Tenderloin with a oregano vinaigrette
Simple mash potatoes
Green beans with almonds
Check back tonight for the recipe and pictures.

It is true to say that most of the times simple is better in the sense that you don’t need to think of the ways to conceal its ugly side. As such, simple meal may mean lots better than it sounds. At least, more healthy and efficient. So, you can use the time saving out of the simple task than to do other more important tasks. What is more important is not only the food itself. Everything counts such as sentiment, environment, the setting, the people, and the moods – must be right.
