Planked Salmon with Basil Butter

Cooking fish on cedar planks is one of my favorite techniques. This past weekend the weather was nice so I cooked salmon fillets on a cedar plank and topped it with basil butter. I soaked the plank for 10 hours in 50/50 solution of water and lemon juice.
