Sorry I haven’t posted this week but it has been crazy with work. My title to this post says it all! Tonight I am cooking for a group of friends which I will post tomorrow with the recipe and pictures from the party.

For the final cooking for one entry this week, I decided to grill out pork chops. This is a simple recipe which takes a total of 40 minutes to do. I would of had this post done last night but I ended up working very late, so I am a day late.
